FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS’ PREPARATION TO WORK WITH SEN CHILDREN IN NEW JERSEY

The article analyzes two university training programs for future teachers in New Jersey accordance with the conditions of obtaining a diploma from State Department Education. As result study, it was founded that respondents’ understanding essence working students special needs changed during experiment. teacher’s program General Program 101 (Gen Ed 101) does not provide adequate training, contrast to double degree program, which provides in-depth culminating defense and teaching practice at school. Students had opportunity gain knowledge programs, compare them, modify them specific cases they encounter internship under guidance teacher mentors. According Professional Standards Teachers School Leaders (2004), felt ready work children educational only after employment process together teachers-mentors. And those who did have SEN their classes receive practical skills such all. Thus, mentoring is powerful tool help develop inclusive classrooms, can prepare foreign language adequately needs, personal experience between become guarantee most comfortable fruitful atmosphere classroom.
